Go Behaive! is first of its kind: An executive summit, exclusively dedicated to exploring the intersection of Behavioural Science & Artificial Intelligence, focusing specifically on how human behaviour shapes and is shaped by AI systems. But why is such deep, Behavioural Science driven understanding of human behaviour critical in the context of AI?
Correctly understood, Behavioural Science is the missing link between the technical capability and the actual, practical value of AI. Or in simple terms: If Al is a tool, Behavioural Science is the operating manual for the humans using it. So leaders ignoring it risk building systems that may be technically brilliant but practically useless.
That makes Go Behaive! the premier place for industry leaders, practitioners, and researchers to explore how human behaviour and AI systems influence and depend on each other - helping us understand how to drive a more relevant, more effective, and more human-centred application of artificial intelligence.

What to expect during the event:
(agenda details subject to change)
Day 1:

1// Welcome, Introduction & Keynote Presentations
- Keynote by Rory Sutherland, leading Behavioural Science practitioner, on how to ensure the use of AI remains behaviourally relevant, effective and value-oriented.
- Keynote by Tom Hirschmann, researcher and AI Innovation practitioner, on Human-AI-Interaction design and the vision of an AI-augmented adaptive organisation.
- Keynote by Graham Fink, multi-awarded artist and creative director, on the role of human creativity in the collaboration and co-creation with AI.

2// Workshop & Interactive Breakout Sessions
- Workshop: Identifying behaviourally relevant topics and use cases for AI in your business or organisation: Joint presentation & discussion of current AI challenges from all attending participants (Chatham Rules).
- Breakout Sessions:  3 x 3 Breakout Sessions - each group of participants gets the chance to receive personal input, feedback and guidance from each of the Go Behaive! hosts as part of a full 360° behavioural x AI assessment of their AI challenges.
Lunch & Networking Session: Structured to facilitate meaningful connections between all participants and to allow for everyone to get to know each other as basis for all following interactions and discussions.

3// Inspiration & Guided Group Work
- Panel Discussion: Interdisciplinary perspectives on emerging trends and topics between AI & Behavioural Science, where applicable involving event sponsors.
- AI Literacy Ladder: Impulse Presentation by Tom Hirschmann introducing the concept of a behaviourally informed AI Literacy Ladder in which Behavioural Science acts as an accelerant that helps organisations move faster up on their respective AI Literacy Ladder.
- Guided Group Work: each group will work on first ideas and concepts on how to solve their AI challenges, guided by the speakers/facilitators, choosing one exemplary challenge.
- Group Presentations: Each group presents their results alongside issues & questions
Joint Discussion & Wrap Up

4// Summary & Key Insights
Summary & Key Take Aways: Recap on all key insights and results created throughout the event and joint discussion on beneficial next steps to allow for their most valuable practical application.
- Extension Sign-Up: Opportunity to sign up for an additional half-day follow-on Deep-Dive.

Day 2 (half-day / optional):

Deep-Dive Extension to extend & build on Results from Day 1 (Optional)
To be booked separately / individually as an optional add-on by participants wanting to extend & build on the results from the first day. Activities include:
- Status of Results: Short status-update to align on results achieved on the first day.
- Deep Dive: Deep dive into specific AI challenges on the basis of already existing concepts & ideas.
- Coaching & Analysis: Individual coaching and strategy development for each challenge
- Behavioural Strategy & Roadmap Building: Development of a behaviourally informed solution roadmap for each AI challenge, using real-world context and concrete practical reference points.
- Implementation Checklist: Creation of a hands-on checklist on how to implement the AI solution concept taking into account critical aspects like data, security, governance, organisation, culture, skills and processes.
